Sesame Paste & Dates Smoothie


Ingredients

1 frozen banana

3/4 cup milk of choice (almond milk is a good replacement for vegans)

2 medjool dates, pitted

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 tbsp tahini/sesame paste

Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.

  • Serve fresh and cold.Add your protein powder or food supplement in the mix.
